There are hundreds of micro-interactions that occur with family members everyday. These tiny verbal and nonverbal moments add up to implicit feelings about ourselves and the world around us. As a result we can feel wonderful about ourselves or feel like damaged goods, without ever understanding why. Use these interactions intentionally to build positive working models of the world and confident sense of who we are!
